Straight Up Adoration

Hello, sorry for the lack of updates, I've been very busy lately. Today I add one more feature on my blog, "Oohed and Aahed". Don't know why, I couldn't get this song outta my head... I'm amazed tho' this song is kinda old...

Rave to the Max!

Guess what, guess what?! Klaxons have let slip some news about their second album, as reported by BBC and NME on how the new songs are coming along and even got a quote or two from record producer James Ford (also known for being one half of Simian Mobile Disco). He said that this future album will be sticking to the "melodic" sound which won them the Mercury Prize but are taking it in a different direction.

Simon Taylor told BBC 6Music: “We’ve got back together to start writing and we are just kind of starting and it’s sounding really, really good and heavy and delirious and a bit all over the shop.”

Their second album isn’t due out until next year, so we’ll have to wait a bit before we hear anything more.

Dim Mak Collection and Other Rag Enterprise

Just a view minutes ago, I was browsing through Dim Mak's website and the first thing that caught up my eyes is the word "Indonesia". Surprise, surprise! It was so fucking rare to find Indonesia, listed in international electro scene's websites. I was curious about it, and hell my internet speed was very slow, grrr! I have downloaded The Presets' recent mixtape; Get Off the Beach (yikes, 92.6 MB!) for two hours now, and I'm going insane, groarr! And here the news goes...

Wizard! I was so excited about the news, although the store is located in Surabaya. I'm glad Steve Aoki's collections are finally got here. Not bad, huh?

Rushing August

Gosh! Time flew so fast without realizing it, tomorrow will be the first day of August. In conclusion, I only got +/- 40 more days to spend here, in Jakarta. Until then I'll be leaving Indonesia, and heading forward to Seattle. Starting a new life as a college students *woohh cheesy* at North Seattle Community College. Majoring architecture.
For sure; I am going to miss my friends, terribly! I could hardly imagine I could enjoy my days there without their laughter.
After all, this is my last chance and learn how to be responsible for my own sake...

Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain

Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain is a 2001 French film directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet and starring Audrey Tautou as Amélie Poulain. Yann Tiersen – musical genius as compared to Chopin, Erik Satie, Phillip Glass and Michael Nyman – scored the soundtrack. The trailler above contains Tiersen's, "La Valse d'Amélie".

Beautifully shot, shame on me I just watched it last night. If you are same as I was, you should grab fast this film. A very delicate film to watch.

I just found James Righton's blog, though kinda too late for me to notice. Oh my, oh my he swayed me away; beside his cuteness and musical ability, he's talented in photography too. Whatsoever, it takes triple, and I melt right now. And I'll pray, all damn day, every day, I could meet him...
